EXPERIENCE

Joseph Davis has represented litigants in major, multiparty labor and employment cases as well as multimillion- dollar medical malpractice, wrongful death and serious personal injury cases. Mr. Davis has been a member of the California State Bar since 1977. He served as a mediator on a wide variety of matters, including labor and employment. He also served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Superior Court on more than 1,000 cases. He has served as Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association for seven years and the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA) for six years.

ORGANIZATIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Davis served on multiple occasions as a panelist for the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers' Association (now CAALA), California Continuing Education of the Bar and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also held the position of Adjunct Professor of Law at California College of Law.
