Bruce Ross is a nationally recognized trial lawyer with over 40 years' experience
litigating trust, estate, and conservatorship matters. Mr. Ross is co-chair of global law
firm Holland & Knight's national Private Wealth Services Dispute Resolution Team. He
has been involved in numerous high-profile cases, including acting as lead counsel
and self-appointed mediator in probate proceedings for the $30 million "Empty
Mansions" Estate of Huguette Clark. He was instrumental in settling that case two
days into a potential six- to eight-week trial.

Israel, Nicaragua, Greece and
Australia. He is a Certified Specialist in
Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law
(California Board of Legal Specialization).
Mr. Ross is a consultant to, and
expert witness for, plaintiffs and defense
attorneys, accountants, and malpractice
insurance carriers in the areas of estate
planning, probate, fiduciary litigation,
and professional responsibility.
