FEE DISPUTES  

Binding Arbitration has become the option of choice for fee disputes between attorneys and between attorneys and their clients.  It offers a practical and cost effective solution that often will enable fees sitting in escrow to be apportioned or distributed as an arbitrator deems equitable.
