CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
Judge Fahey has been a Neutral at ARC for the past six years. Prior to joining ARC, Judge Fahey served as a neutral on the Retired Judges' Panel for the Superior Court for three years. Judge Fahey served two terms as Mayor of Manhattan Beach where she was called upon to resolve employment matters, resident disputes, labor negotiations, as well as overseeing major public works projects and related Environmental Impact Reports. Judge Fahey also served as a Trustee for the Manhattan Beach Unified School District. Judge Fahey was raised in Europe and speaks Spanish and Italian.
