CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
A former Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney and FBI special agent, Mr. Miller spent most of his legal career in private practice at Morris, Polich, Purdy, where he was managing partner of the firm’s Orange County office and served on the firm’s executive committee.
Mr. Miller’s breadth of experience ranges from lawsuits involving severe personal injuries, products liability,
business and real estate to numerous jury trials in which he has successfully defended contractors, architects, structural engineers, and civil and soils engineers. John has many years of experience with both arbitrations and mediations. He has conducted numerous seminars on construction law, architects’ and engineers’ liability, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Mr. Miller is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District and the United States Supreme Court.
