Ms. Klibanow practiced with the firm of Parker Milliken Clark O’Hara & Samuelian from 1977-2000, where she served as the first female partner and member of the Board of Directors. In 2000, Ms. Klibanow opened her own practice in Pasadena, California. Her employment litigation practice has encompassed proceedings before the California and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as numerous administrative agencies including the NLRB, the EEOC, the DFEH, the U.S. Department of Labor and the California Labor Commissioner.

Ms. Klibanow has been described as an “outstanding mediator overall... impressive in her preparation and her determination to achieve a settlement,” someone whose “substantive knowledge of employment law [is] invaluable;” also as one who works “doggedly…to close the deal.” She is routinely credited with “maintaining the respect and trust of all parties” and praised for “remaining calm and sympathetic with both sides…throughout a very long day.”
