John K. Raleigh, Esq.
John Raleigh is an accomplished attorney at both the trial and appellate levels. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases involving a myriad of issues. Mr. Raleigh serves as an arbitrator, mediator and Judge Pro Tem of the Los Angeles Superior Court. He has privately resolved hundreds of cases in mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Raleigh was formerly a managing partner of a downtown Los Angeles defense firm. His trial verdicts have been published in numerous publications, including Verdictum Juris and Trials Digest. Mr. Raleigh has also successfully argued cases changing governing law and has been published in both the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, including Mercury Insurance Group v. Superior Court (Wooster).
