|Hon. Philip M. Saeta, Ret.|
|Judge Saetas knowledge of civil law and procedure, combined with his settlement ability and his dedication, have made him one of the outstanding neutrals of his time. Judge Saeta graduated from Stanford Law School Phi Beta Kappa, and was in civil litigation at a top Los Angeles firm for six years before becoming a judge.
As one of the most influential judges in Los Angeles County, he was consistently involved in overseeing judicial education and Rules of Court, and in crafting legislation concerning court administration.
