CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
Marisa has expertise in managing all aspects of employment litigation defense for single plaintiff and class action lawsuits before state and federal courts, mediators, arbitrators, administrative hearings and appellate courts. She is on the employment law panels of the American Arbitration Association as a mediator and arbitrator and has been selected in both national and international disputes.
Her substantive knowledge of employment law has been honed in the private sector, enabling her to provide parties with insight into current legal trends and holdings as well as the perils and tribulations of litigation. She knows how a judge or jury is likely to read the parties and rule on the merits. She is fair, practical, and not afraid to make tough decisions.
