Mr. Kamionski has more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation. In addition to his solo practice, he is currently Of Counsel at Nathan & Kamionski LLP, a national trial law firm whose clients include individuals as well as government entities and officials, corporations and other professionals. The firm handles high stakes litigation, in settings where business and reputational considerations are integral components of case strategy. He has also has extensive appellate experience encompassing both civil and criminal appeals.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE

Mr. Kamionski has experience in claims of wrongful termination, claims for race, gender, pregnancy, age and disability discrimination. He currently represents defendants in employment sexual and race discrimination cases as attorney of record before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). In that capacity, Mr. Kamionski advises clients regarding company policies, procedure manuals, employee handbooks, record keeping, hiring practices, and all other facets of compliance with state and federal employment, discrimination, and wage and hour laws.

Mr. Kamionski has been Official Counsel of Record on numerous cases, including matters involving breach of contract, negligence, wrongful death, elder abuse, toxic mold and other homeowners association matters; and real estate fraud litigation.
