Peter L. Weinberger brings over three decades of experience as a litigator and mediator. His background includes a wide variety of cases including personal injury, real estate, habitability, insurance coverage, employment, entertainment and all manner of business disputes. He has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2010.
Mr. Weinberger has represented large and small businesses as well as high net individuals and the poorest members of society. He has been both insurance defense panel counsel and represented individuals in numerous tort claims. He has been class counsel in class action litigation. He has also acted as coverage counsel for both insurers and policy holders.

He was a volunteer arbitrator/mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court prior to the program being shut down following the state budget crisis.
