Peter L. Weinberger brings three decades of experience as a litigator, and more recently, as a mediator. His background includes a wide variety of cases including personal injury, real estate, habitability, insurance coverage, employment, entertainment and all variety of business disputes. He has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2010.

Mr. Weinberger has represented large and small businesses. He has been both insurance defense panel counsel and represented individuals in numerous tort claims. He has been class counsel in class action litigation. He has also acted as coverage counsel for both insurers and policy holders.

Having been on "both sides of the table", Mr. Weinberger is particularly well suited to mediation. He can honestly state to counsel that he has "sat in their chair". This experience gives him an objective perspective on cases and an ability to bring the parties together into settlement. That is why he settles over 90% of his cases.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE

Peter Weinberger has mediated or arbitrated cases both in State and Federal courts. He was a volunteer arbitrator/mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court prior to the program being shut down following the state budget crisis. As a litigator, Mr. Weinberger has participated in mediations in nearly every practice area. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer annually since 2010.
