Mr. Amador has four decades of experience as a business and healthcare attorney in Los Angeles. His experience includes transaction, compliance and federal and state litigation both as in-house counsel and outside counsel in private practice representing businesses and individuals. He has arbitrated and mediated numerous complex, multi-million-dollar business and healthcare disputes as advocate and a neutral, including cases involving shareholder, breach of contract and partnership disputes, employment matters, collection disputes, healthcare payor and provider disputes, ERISA and managed care disputes involving surgery centers, IT service providers, multi-state dialysis companies, commercial and non-profit health plans, and provider network agreements.
