Lori Hershorin's three decades of experience includes service in private practice, as corporate counsel and as a neutral. Ms. Hershorin became a court-certified mediator for the Orange County, Los Angeles and Riverside superior courts in 2003 and an arbitrator in 2004 and has assisted hundreds of litigants in resolving their disputes.

EXPERIENCE

Ms. Hershorin has mediated hundreds of cases in personal injury, real estate disputes, insurance bad faith, insurance, employment, business, contract issues, family law and contractor liability

As Managing Partner of Hershorin & Henry, LLP, she primarily handles civil litigation, including escrow disputes, real property issues, title insurance claims/coverage, title insurance bad faith, insurance, fraud, and appeals. She is regularly engaged by title insurers to represent their insureds (lenders and owners) in real estate title disputes as well as by escrow companies when disputes arise.

Ms. Hershorin has significant appellate experience throughout California with the handling of 41 appeals and several writ petitions. In the Appellate Court, Ms. Hershorin has successfully prevailed in 98% of her appeals.
