Employment Mediator
Over the last 15 years, Mr. Strauss has developed a creative approach to resolving employment disputes. Through his introspection and analysis of client needs he has been able to position cases in a way that is suitable for settlement. His commitment to the field and resolution lead him to even try cases before the supreme court, where he was victorious. Through his continuation of practice, he grew to understand his technique is based in resolution. Over the last few years he has dedicated his practice to serving as a liaison for parties interested in settling. As a litigation attorney his primary focus was wage and hour class action matters. In addition, he also has experience in arbitrations surrounding harassment, discrimination, retaliation and contract disputes. Mike has experience representing both employees and employers, making him a true neutral. Together, with his wife Jenna, they established a law firm with a large employment practice from 2011 to 2023. He is now fully committed to resolving cases and serving as a trusted mediator.

Mediation Experience
- In addition to representing parties in hundreds of mediations since the start of his career, Mike received formal training at Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. Mike is now fully committed to mediation, as it has been his ultimate career goal since college.
