Lori Dobrin is a 30-plus year litigator who is recognized for her preparation, empathetic demeanor and knack for building rapport and trustworthiness. She brings this mindset to her mediation practice, where she balances patience with perseverance in discovering the participants’ underlying interests to forge a resolution. In her role as a mediator for the Ventura Superior Court, she is gratified when she successfully encourages the litigants to take control over the outcome of their dispute and resolve the matter, sparing them from the inherent uncertainty of an impending trial.
